Bachelor of Design (B. Design – Apparel and Lifestyle Products)
It is a four-year design course that prepares students for the fast-paced apparel industry. Students gain creative insight and technical understanding of designing products by taking up subjects like pattern making, garment construction, draping, surface ornamentation, fashion illustration etc. and undergo industrial training and internships which makes them industry ready.
Eligibility
10+2 with minimum 55% marks
Lateral entry – Candidates who have passed minimum 3 years Diploma after 10th and 1 or more years after 10+2 with 55% marks or equivalent in any branch of Fine Art/Painting/Applied Art/Sculpture/Fashion & Apparel Design/Craft/Mass Media/Photography/Advertising/Graphics/Animations etc or other relevant or allied fine arts and fashion design subjects.
