Army Institute Of Management & Technology (AIMT) Grater Noida

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) of AIMT, Greater Noida is a two-year full time course spread over four semesters. The programme is approved by AICTE and affiliated to the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.

AIMT has a team of highly qualified core and visiting faculty. The programme aims at bringing together the students from diverse geographical and educational background like Science, Arts, Commerce & engineering and groom their conceptual and analytical skills so as to streamline the talents to adapt to the ever demanding requirements of the modern business world. The objective is being achieved by various activities like case studies, debate, group discussion, students’ workshop & mock-interviews.

Program Outcomes (PO)/Learning Outcomes
Program outcomes set out the outcomes expected across the entire program leading to the award. Thus,
a program outcome is a statement of what a learner is expected to know, the skills they will have and be
able to use to underpin the competencies in the environment they deal with. By the end of MBA
program, the students will be able to:
PO 1 Identify and summarize the important features of management and business.
PO 2 Demonstrate knowledge about the significance of current research in the field of management
of business by writing research papers, Live Projects, Presentations, attending & participating
Conference/seminar/workshop etc.

organizational behavior, finance, production, international and managerial issues, and
strategy.
PO 4 Demonstrate leadership ability and team building skills.

Eligibility

The admission to the MBA programme at AIMT Greater NOIDA is exclusively open for the dependent wards of serving or retired Army personnel. The dependent children of following category of Army personnel are eligible:

• Serving or retired Army personnel in receipt of regular pension or SS officers who have served Army for 10 years. (Submit Certificate No 1 as per GGSIP University format-Appendix 10(A)) )

• Step children of Army Personnel who were born from Wedlock where at least on parent belonged to the Army/Adopted children of Army Personnel who have been adopted at least 5 years prior to commencement of Course (Submit Certificate No 2 as per GGSIP University format-Appendix 10(B)).

• Children of Army Medical Dental Corps Officers serving in Air Force/Navy and MNS/APS and TA Personnel(Submit Certificate No 3 as per GGSIP University format-Appendix 10(C)).

Eligibility Criteria & Admissions Criteria

Eligibility Criteria:

Any recognized 3 years or more Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology or any other subject with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or any qualification recognized as equivalent thereto with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
OR
Passed the Final Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or England, the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or England or the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Admissions Criteria:

1. All admissions shall be made on the basis of overall Percentile of Common Admission Test (CAT) 2022 that was conducted by Indian Institute of Management.
2. If Seats remain vacant after counselling on the basis of overall percentile of CAT 2022, then the counseling shall be conducted on the basis of Score in CMAT 2023 (another National Level Test).
3. In case seat still remain vacant even after exhausting CAT 2022 and CMAT 2023 Merit, University will consider admissions in MBA Programme by conducting Common Entrance Test to be conducted by GGSIP University.
