Avanthi Degree and PG College Hyderabad

Avanthi Degree & PG College (MBA) is a city management college run by the Avanthi Educational Society. Its website gives the address as SBI Officers Colony Road, Indira Nagar, Dilsukhnagar, while AICTE records list it at Moosarambagh. AICTE gives 1995 as its year of establishment, and the MBA is affiliated to Osmania University. This is the Avanthi college with the ICET code AVNT, not the Avanthi Degree & PG College at Barkatpura or the Gunthapally academy.

The college offers a two-year, full-time (day) MBA with specialisations in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management and Systems. AICTE approved 180 seats for 2024-25 (the course page also mentions 240 seats and three sections, so confirm the current figure). The website does not publish the tuition fee.

Seats are split in the usual Telangana way: 70% go on merit in TS ICET through state counselling, where you should look for the code AVNT, and 30% are management or NRI (B-category) seats, for which the college posts its own application form and guidelines. To be eligible you need a pass in a degree such as B.Sc, B.Com or BCA from a recognised university. The college has Wi-Fi, air-conditioned computer labs, a seminar hall and a canteen that is open from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. The admissions contact number on the website is +91 98664 66009.
