EMPI Business School Group, New Delhi was established in 1995 under the Society for Innovative Education and Development, by a group of nation builders who have been highly committed and successful professionals and academicians in their own respective domains. EMPI conceptualized by cognitive scientist Pankaj Saran, was initially inspired and supported by legends such as Mr. Ajit Haksar, Chairman Emeritus, ITC Ltd., Col. Satsangi, Founder Chairman, CSKM Educational Complex and Mr. Gurnam Saran, Former Director, BHEL; and thereafter joined in by Mr. D.V. Kapur, Founder NTPC; Mr. N. Vittal, Enabler of the Software and Telecom Revolution; Ms. Tara Sinha, Advertising Icon, Prof. Udai Pareek, Father of Indian HR and Mr. P. S. Bami, Fmr. Chairman NTPC.
It is based in a sprawling green, pollution-free, large residential campus in the picturesque south Delhi, Chattarpur area, adjacent to the Asola wildlife sanctuary. EMPI is a 'Modern Gurukul' of Management and Executive education - a melting pot of cultures, nationalities, ideas and diverse talent working and living together to actualise futuristic vision. As in a gurukul, EMPI lives by the philosophy that each learner - the'Shisya' is unique, requiring personalised attention from the 'Guru' for individual growth, enabling them to become not only outstanding professionals, but also socially responsible citizens. The endeavour for individual nurturing is based on scientific and modern psychology concepts and tools based on the work of Prof. Udai Pareek. Merit cum Means based scholarship for 2023-2025 session
Concession: Fee concession is available for Defend Personnel: INR 20,000/-
Merit Cum Means Scholarship:
a) Candidates who have scored CAT 91 onwards XAT/CMAT/MAT 95 onwards will get INR 60,000 merit slabs (15,000 per semester)
b) Candidates who have scored CAT 81-90 XAT/CMAT/MAT 90-94.99 will get INR 50,000 merit slabs (12,500 per semester)
c) Candidates who have scored CAT 71-80 XAT/CMAT/MAT 85-89.99 will get INR 40,000 merit slabs (10,000 per semester)
d) Candidates who have scored CAT 60-70 XAT/CMAT/MAT 71-84.99 will get INR 30,000 merit slabs (7,500 per semester)
Eligibility –
i) Candidate should score minimum 60% aggregate marks in 10th & 12th and minimum 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (10+2+3) in any discipline from a recognized Indian University to be eligible for availing scholarship / concession benefit.
ii) Only scholarship or concession in any one category is applicable.

Placements: The college offers 100% placements to all students. From the 3rd semester, students become eligible for placements. The average package lies somewhere between 7 to 8 lakhs. The placement record is amazing; almost all students get placed. The companies that visited the campus include Anand Rathi, Infoedge, Swiggy, Decathlon, Patanjali, Humm, Flixbus, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. We have Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, a library, and labs. Talking about the facilities provided by our hostel: Wi-Fi is available, the food is fine, there's power backup in case of outages, AC and cooler units, water coolers with RO purifiers, and a common room. Campus life is awesome.
Faculty: Our faculty members are really supportive and have vast experience. Most of them are visiting faculty members and working professionals in their fields. They teach whatever is relevant to the industry. The course curriculum is well-designed; they not only teach theory but also provide practical knowledge, making students corporate-ready. The semester exams feature application-based questions and case studies. Overall, focusing on understanding concepts enables students to perform well in exams.
Other: The best thing about the college is the low intake of students, which allows more focus on each student. A mentor is provided for any issues. Every festival is celebrated with enthusiasm and dedication. There are different clubs like cultural, sports, communication, CSR, and social media clubs. The events and activities help students build teamwork and connections. EMPI provides a platform to build and enhance skills through campus activities.
