Admissions are done keeping in mind applications received from diverse cultures and abilities. Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate from any University, recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU)/AICTE, are eligible for post-graduate studies in management. Those who are appearing for final examination in 2021 can also apply. However, they should produce documentary evidence of having passed the examination with minimum aggregate marks as specified above, immediately on declaration of the result, failing which their admission will be cancelled as per the rules.

Candidates should submit scores in any one of the seven All India Entrance Tests recommended by the AICTE viz CMAT, recommended by DTE viz MH-CET, CAT (conducted by IIMs Dec 2020), MAT (held in 2021) and ATMA (Conducted by AIMS), XAT (conducted by XLRI), JMET (conducted by IIT).

Guru Nanak Institute of Management, is a private management institute that was established in 1996 in Punjabi Bagh, Delhi. It was established by the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee and is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU).

The Institute offers BCom (Hons), MCA and PGDM programmes in various specialisations, such as Finance, Marketing and Human Resource & Business. The admissions are conducted under the guidance of GGSIPU. It also offers an education loan facility to the economically weak students in collaboration with Punjab and Sind Bank.

Admission to all the programmes is entrance-based, and candidates need to secure minimum aggregate in the qualifying exam to apply for any of the programmes. • Admission to BCom (Hons) and MCA is based on  IPU CET  scores
• Candidates, who have completed Class 12 in any stream, can apply for BCom (Hons)

• PGDM admissions are based on CAT/ MAT scores
• Candidates, who have completed graduation in the relevant stream, can apply for PGDM programme

Guru Nanak Institute of Management BCom (Hons) Admission 2021

At the UG level, the Institute offers a full-time BCom (Hons) programme. The duration of the programme is three years, divided among six semesters. The intake for the BCom (Hons) course is 60 students every year. This is a full-time programme and candidates need to secure at least 140 credits for the completion of degree. The course curriculum is designed to provide students a wide range of managerial skills, in addition to their core subjects, such as General Business Principles, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Human Resources, Marketing and Economics. The Institute offers a full-time MCA programme under affiliation with GGSIPU with a seat intake of 60 students. MCA is offered with a course duration of three years and it is divided into six semesters. The first three semesters provide basic and core concepts of Information Technology, whereas the next two semesters are focused on Web and Networking concepts. The last semester of the curriculum is devoted to internships in leading IT organisations. It also gives an opportunity for students to work on live projects and gain industry experience. Apart from the UG and PG programmes, it also offers a PG Diploma in Management with a course duration of two years. It is a full-time programme and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The curriculum of the programme provides continuous academic input combined with constant industry interactions which have resulted in a 100 per cent placement record over the years. It is offered in three different specialisations. Admission to PGDM is based on CAT/ MAT exams. The final selection of students is based on the entrance exam scores and their performance in GDPI.

Admission to all the programmes is conducted through an online as well as offline mode. Candidates need to fill an application form with a fee of Rs 500 to apply for a particular programme. For offline application process, candidates need to visit the admission office and collect the application form.
