The undergraduate management course, BBA (Hons.), will take three or four years to complete the course according to their learning pace and career goals. The specialisation options are many at the university, starting from Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Logistics, Operations, Accounting, International Business, and finally Aviation Management.
The students seeking to apply for BBA (Hons.) must have passed 10+2 from any stream with at least 50% marks. For reserved category students, the minimum mark is 45%. The study of Commerce helps, but is not compulsory. Admission is based on either CUET-UG or JEE Main merit, or Class 12 merit. It assesses the students' all-round potential, covering extracurricular activities as well.
The BBA course structure is highly practical and oriented toward learning by doing. The students engage in internships, live projects, business simulations, case studies, and group activities. The internships begin fairly early, and students get to work with companies such as HCL, KPMG, Bharti Airtel, among others. This helps them understand how businesses work in the real world.
The structure has been divided into phases: business basics in the first year, moving into specialisation subjects and practical training in the second year, and industry projects with skill development in the third year. Students can opt for the fourth year to complete a major project or research work and earn an honors degree.
The students, apart from academics, develop the soft skills like communication, teamwork, leadership, and interview preparations during the course. The university has more than 21 student clubs that promote overall personality development. The institution also boasts modern hostels, sport facilities, libraries, and learning areas within the campus.
After completion of BBA, Hons., the job positions include Marketing Executive, HR Coordinator, Business Analyst, Operations Manager, and Logistics Executive. Many students go ahead to pursue MBA or start their own business. Average placement packages range from 6 to 9 LPA, strong placement support.
