Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sambalpur

A public B-school located in Odisha, Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sambalpur is one among the newly established IIMs in India. Founded in 2015, IIM Sambalpur offers PG, doctoral and MDP programmes to the students in the field of Management such as MBA, PhD, E-PhD and MDP. Also, as per the official website, it is launching E-MBA soon. The institute is currently mentored by IIM Indore and was registered as a society under Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860. During this mentorship period, members from numerous IIM's and premier institutes are also called here to design the overall quality and delivery of PGP to meet the expected standards with direct involvement from IIM Indore.

IIM Sambalpur is among the new IIMs established in 2015, by the Government of India. IIM Sambalpur was ranked 58th by NIRF 2023. IIM Sambalpur is known for its 2-year flagship MBA programme and admissions are held via CAP along with 8 other baby IIMs. IIM Sambalpur cut-off is 92 percentile.

IIM Sambalpur offers various scholarship schemes for the meritorious and the needy students. One such scheme being Need-Based Financial Assistance (NBFA). Candidates eligible for NBFA programmes are offered a scholarship amount based on their academic performance, family income and other relevant factors.
