International School of Management Studies (ISMS) Pune

Established on December 31, 2009, The International School of Management Studies (ISMS), Pune, has developed into a renowned management college in the state of Maharashtra. Its campus is expansive, covering approximately 10 to 25 acres in area, and is situated in Ambegaon BK, near Wadgaon Budruk in Pune. 

ISMS emphasizes learning by doing and not just theory. They are geared towards preparing students for the workplace, not the examination. The students are educated on communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking. The institute also exposes the students to the aspect of starting businesses and becoming entrepreneurs. ISMS is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) and approved by AICTE and UGC, making the degree acquired valid and recognized in India.

The institute provides many full-time postgraduate courses, which last for two years. These courses include MBA, PGDM, and PGP. The student can select their field of specialization according to their interests and goals. The main areas for specialization are Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or International Business, among others. Another great feature of ISMS institute is its international MBA courses offered by the institute. ISMS has partnerships with many UK universities, including Leeds Beckett University.

The total fee for the entire course in ISMS varies as per the course and ranges between ₹4.5 lakhs and ₹14 lakhs. To apply to ISMS, candidates need to have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks. Candidates also need to appear for national entrance exams. Based on the selection, candidates undergo group discussion and personal interview sessions. ISMS also provides scholarships to selected candidates, primarily those who have achieved more than 70% in graduation.

ISMS has a very happening life for students. There are various clubs related to marketing, finance, HR, entrepreneurs, dancing, singing, and cultural events. All these activities not only help them to be confident but also work on their abilities related to teamwork.
