MAHARAJA AGRASEN BUSINESS SCHOOL (MABS) is a part of MAHARAJA AGRASEN TECHNICAL EDUCATION SOCIETY. Scholarship 1
SCHOLARSHIPS- 2023- 25 BATCH

Institute offers scholarships to Promote Excellence and Reward Meritocracy. The objectives of offering Scholarships are as follows:

- To promote academic excellence
- To reward the hard work of the meritorious students
- To develop and nurture competitiveness amongst students
- To encourage talented students to perform better in each trimester
- To build a sense of achievement in the students

The students applying for admission shall be offered scholarships as per the following:
- Entrance examination based scholarships for PGDM students : Awarded to a maximum of first 25 admissions only in each Category
- Academic background based scholarship Only for PGDM students : Awarded to a maximum of first 25 admissions only in each Category
- Rolling Scholarships : Awarded to 5% of Top Performers in the cohort only

Scholarship 2
Entrance Examination based Scholarships*

Category I : Based on CAT score
- Candidates who have scored > 65 percentile in CAT will get a Scholarship Amount of INR 50,000
- Candidates who have scored > 70 percentile in CAT will get a Scholarship Amount of INR 75,000
- Candidates who have scored > 75 percentile in CAT will get a Scholarship Amount of INR 1,25,000

Category II : Based on MAT Score
- Candidates who have scored > 80 percentile in MAT will get a Scholarship Amount of INE 50,000
- Candidates who have scored > 90 percentile in MAT will get a Scholarship Amount of INR 75,000
- Candidates who have scored > 95 percentile in MAT will get a Scholarship Amount of INR 1,25,000

Category III : Based on CMAT
- Candidates who have scored >75 percentile in CMAT will get a Scholarship Amount of INR 50,000
- Candidates who have scored >85 percentile in CMAT will get a Scholarship Amount of INR 75,000
- Candidates who have scored >90 percentile in CMAT will get a Scholarship Amount of INR 1,25,000

*The scholarship is evenly waived off from each fee installment.

Founder Chairman’s Rolling Scholarship*

To encourage students to perform better, Institute rewards the top 5% students of the cohort in the program with a scholarship worth Rs. 25,200 (equivalent to 6 credits) each in every trimester. The Rolling Scholarships are awarded on Trimester Grade Point Average to 5% of the students as Tuition Fee waiver for the Ensuing Trimester.

The scholarship shall be adjusted against their fee installment as below.
- Trimester 1 scholarship will be adjusted against fee installment in December
- Trimester 2 scholarship will be adjusted against fee installment in March
- Trimester 3 scholarship will be adjusted against fee installment in June
- Trimester 4 scholarship will be adjusted against fee installment in December
- Trimester 5 scholarship will be adjusted against fee installment in March

*TGPA for Merit student should not be less than 3.0

Scholarship on the basis of Academic Background

1) For B.Tech./ B.E./ B.Arch./ CA :
- Marks >70% throughout Academics (10th, 12th & Graduation) : 20% of the Tuition Fee of INR 85680 awarded
- Marks 60% - 70% throughout Academics (10th, 12th & Graduation) : 10% of the Tuition Fee of INR 42840 awarded

2) For BBA/ BCA/ BJMC/ BA-LLB/ BBA-LLB/ BA-Fine Art/ BA/ Cost Accountants/ Company Secretary :
- 70% throughout Academics (10th, 12th & Graduation) : 10% of the Tuition Fee of INR 42840 awarded
- Marks 60% - 70% throughout Academics (10th, 12th & Graduation) : 5% of the Tuition Fee INR 21420 awarded

Important Note:
- Students are eligible for multiple categories of scholarships, however, the maximum scholarship will be 30% of the tuition fees.
- These scholarships are only for the First Year of PGDM Program (One Time Only).
