LLB (Bachelor of law) is a three-year law program that focuses on the study of in-depth analysis of all the relevant laws along with their practical implementation aspect. The program is structured in a way so that the students shall be trained for the understanding of the law, as well as the critical, analytical, and strategic thinking skills necessary for the field of law. The program is designed in such a manner that by the end of the course the student can develop several skills like legal research, communication, and presentation.

All the programs at MUJ are designed as a highly flexible learner-centric Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) aligned with UGC and NEP guidelines and in compliance with BCI regulations. The School aims to foster a culture of scholarship and academic excellence among the students. It provides an environment that offers high-quality education through outcome-based learning methods. The qualified and experienced faculty members adopt teaching-learning methods that ensure its graduates are self-directed lifetime learners. The Course offered by the School of Law has been carefully crafted and designed to ensure that its graduates are qualified as industry-ready professionals.

ELIGIBILITY
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate.

The LLB (Bachelor’s degree in law) is a three-year undergraduate law program with almost six specialization options in law in honors.
The LLB is offered as a learner-centric choice-based credit program with several options for electives.
The innovative curriculum is knitted with the flexibility of choice has been offered in a technology-driven environment intended to transform students into lifetime learners.
The program is devised to facilitate students for semester abroad programs and multiple specialization opportunities with experiential learning.
The program focuses on developing the analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills of students, which are essential for a successful legal career.
The program is designed in such a manner that by the end of the course the student can develop several skills like legal research, communication, and presentation.

Scheme for LLB (Bachelor of Law)

We have completely revised our curriculum to adopt and align our program with the foundational tenets of the new National Education Policy 2020 developed by the Government of India. With a choices-based credit system providing a wide variety of specialization options for honors programs and optional courses is a unique feature of the school. The andragogical approach adopted by the school of law for transforming the graduates as lifetime learners are ensured by outcome-based learning with the help of Learning management software.

A flexible choice-based credit system provides students an option to complete six optional courses out of a pool of 18 courses.
