The University offers engineering programmes in the fields of Petroleum, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Computer, and Information & Communication Technologyat UG/PG level besides exclusive M. Tech. programmes in Solar, Nuclear engineering, and Environmental Engg.. All theseprogrammes are based on integrated approach of relevant basic sciences and engineering and industry operations and emphasis in the application of this knowledge base. Research studies leading to Ph. D. degree are also offered in various fields of Science & Technology.

The University is gearing up for offering Consultancy services through its world class laboratories and quality faculty members through its engineering programmes. With the establishment of Siemens Centre of Excellence in Automotive, Solar Research & Development Centre, Research centre in Bio fuel & Bio Gas, Centre for Geo Thermal Energy, Innovation & Incubation Centre the students of engineering have got a big impetus to enhance and update their knowledge, skills and professional competence.
