The Alliance School of Law provides a three-year LLB program, as well as integrated law degree courses like the BA LLB (Hons.) and BBA LLB (Hons.), studying over a period of five years. These courses have been recognized by the Bar Council of India and include the university's NAAC A+ accreditation. The courses tend to provide comprehensive training in law with a practical approach.
For the three-year LLB, the candidate needs a graduate degree with a minimum of 45% (40% for SC/ST) marks. In the five-year integrated courses, the need is to pass the 10+2 exams with the relevant percentage. Availability in CLAT, LSAT, or AUSAT, along with a personal interview, is considered for admission. Logical skills, inclination towards law, and the ability to communicate are the most prominent factors of selection.
Law subjects covered by these students include constitutional law, criminal law, corporate law, and intellectual property law. There are other law subjects in the law program, which include Cyber Law and International Trade, among others. Skills acquisition takes the form of moot court competitions, law clinics, internships, and law drafting.
The faculty has seasoned lawyers, judges, and legal experts. The students enjoy the use of moot courts, legal research libraries, and internet-based law libraries. International exchange programs offer international exposure.
