IBSAT 2026: Complete Guide to Exam Dates, Registration, Syllabus & Selection Process

What Is IBSAT ?

IBSAT (ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test) is a national level test conducted for getting admission to MBA and PGPM Programme in IBS Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Gurugram, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Dehradun, Jaipur, and Pune. IBSAT 2026 Exam Dates
 

ICFAI has not published the notification yet, however, the schedule can be confidently predicted following the pattern that has been observed in the past few years.

• Registration closes: Third or fourth week of December 2026
• Slot booking window: Around October 2026
• Admit card release: After successful slot booking

IBSAT 2026 Registration Process
 

 IBSAT Registration process is completely online and consists of four major steps:
1. Create an account on the official portal with your email ID and mobile number.
2. Complete personal and academic information from Class 10 onwards through to present or recent graduation.
3. If possible, include some experience work information – not required, but may apply to some campuses' assessment.
4. Select date and time for the exam and upload a photograph and signature (according to the size requirements).
The Application fee amount is expected to be Rs. 1,800 via portal online. Before you start, make sure you have copies of your academic mark sheets, your valid photo ID and a recent passport-size photograph — it's better to be careful than to have your candidature cancelled later in the process if there are missing or incorrect entries.

IBSAT 2026 Selection Process

1. IBSAT Score / Alternate Exam Score: Based on your IBSAT percentile or your CAT/XAT/GMAT/NMAT Score if you opted for that.
