For admission to first year of MBA, a candidate must have passed Bachelor’s degree course of three years minimum duration from any recognized Indian University; or its equivalent, recognized by A.I.U securing minimum 50% (45% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) marks in aggregate
Additional Programmes
Overview
It is a special initiative launched by the Ministry of Tourism. Unemployed youth seeking a job in the hospitality sector can look forward to bright days ahead. It’s a Central Government-funded training programme imparted to the beneficiaries for a short span of six to eight weeks and no fee is charged for it. The initiative is part of the Ministry of Tourism’s scheme namely Capacity Building for Service Providers (CBSP) and has been introduced mainly to increase skilled manpower in the hospitality sector. The State governments have been given the liberty to implement the programme through institutes selected by them.
The Ministry of Tourism implemented the Hunar Se Rozgar program through the Institute of Hotel Management. Programmes are supported and sponsored by MOT.
The following courses are offered:
Six week full time course in Food & Beverage Service.
Six week full time course in Housekeeping Utility.
Eight week full time course in Food Production, (Cookery).
