About Haridwar University.
Uttarakhand (à¤à¤¤à¥à¤¤à¤°à¤¾à¤à¤à¤¡), formerly known as Uttaranchal, is a state in the northern part of India. It is often referred to as the “Land of the Gods” Devbhoomi Uttarakhand (दà¥à¤µà¤à¥à¤®à¤¿) due to the many holy Hindu temples and pilgrimage centers found throughout the state. Char Dham is referred to as the four most holy Hindu pilgrimage of India nestled in the Indian Himalayas of Uttarakhand state of India. Yamunotri, Gangotri, Sri Kedarnathji, and Sri Badrinathji, collectively referred to as the Char Dham (four pilgrimage centers) of Hinduism, these four sites are the epicenter of religious activity in north India and important shrines for Hindus. These have been the most important Hindu pilgrimage centers which have been visited by devotees. Yamunotri, the source of the Yamuna river and seat of Goddess Yamuna; Gangotri, the source of the Ganges river and seat of Goddess Ganga; Kedarnath, where a form of the Hindu God Shiva is acclaimed as one of the twelve jyotirlingas and this is the highest of the 12 Jyotirlingas - where Lord Shiva manifested himself in the form of light, it is the third of the four dhams and the holiest of all Hindu holy sites; and Badrinath, the seat of the Hindu God Vishnu. Established in 2010, Haridwar University Roorkee (formerly known as Roorkee College of Engineering) is a leading educational university. It is ranked among the top 40 Engineering colleges of India and ranked 2nd among all the technical institutes of Uttarakhand. The university offers UG and PG courses in the field of Engineering, Pharmacy, Management and Agriculture Studies. Scholarship for meritorious students who enrol in B.Tech/ B.Pharm/ B.Sc./ (BCA/ BBA/ B.Com./BA/MBA/MCA/M.Sc./ M.Tech) program-
On the Basis of JEE Rank 2023-
Students who secured a rank between 1 to 1,00,000 will get an 80% scholarship on tuition fees.
Students who secured a rank between 1,00,001 to 2,00,000 will get a 50% scholarship on tuition fee
Students who secured a rank between 2,00,001 to 3,00,000 will get a 20% scholarship on tuition fees.
Students who secured a rank between 3,00,001 to 6,00,000 will get a 10% scholarship on tuition fees.
On the Basis of PCM%/ PCB% in Class 12th (2023, 2022)-
Students who secured more than 90% will get an 80% scholarship on tuition fees.
Students who secured more than 80% but less than or equal to 90% will get 50% on tuition fees.
Students who secured more than 70% but less than or equal to 80% will get 20% on tuition fees.
Students who secured more than 60% but less than or equal to 70% will get 10% on tuition fees.

Students who secure a rank between 1 - 5,000 will get a 50% scholarship on tuition fees.
Students who secure a rank between 5,001 - 10,000 will get a 30% scholarship on tuition fees.
Students who secure a rank between 10,001- 15,000 will get a 10% scholarship on tuition fees.
Students who secure a rank between 15,001 - 20,000 will get a 10% scholarship on tuition fees.
On the basis of 10th / 12th / ITI% (2023, 2022)
Students who secure more than 90% will get a 50% scholarship on tuition fees.
