Scholarship 1
Merit Scholarship:
The Uttaranchal University encourages scholarly aptitude in students. In order to recognize their academic excellence following scholarships are awarded to students who perform extremely well in their qualifying examinations. (Except Law Programmes)
Candidate secured > 90.01% in Qualifying Examination (UG/PG) gets 30% Scholarship on Tuition Fee.
Candidate secured > 80.01% to 90% in Qualifying Examination (UG/PG) gets 20% Scholarship on Tuition Fee.
Candidate secured >70.01% to 80% in Qualifying Examination (UG/PG) gets 10% Scholarship on Tuition Fee.
Conditions:
The merit scholarship will be awarded to students on the basis of their performance in their qualifying examinations if, the following conditions are met.
(i) All programs/subjects of their qualifying examinations are cleared in first attempt.
(ii) This scholarship is applicable for first year only; the students cannot claim the scholarship for subsequent years.
(iii) There will be no rounding of CGPA or the marks in their qualifying, for example if a student achieves CGPA “8.99” it will be considered as 8.99 and will not be considered as 9.00 similarly, if a student achieves 89.99% it will not be considered as 90.00%

Offer Scholarships To The Students Law Programmes:-
Merit Scholarship:
The Uttaranchal University encourages scholarly aptitude in students. In order to recognize their academic excellence following scholarships are awarded to students of B.A.LL.B, BBA.LL.B & LL.B programmes only, who perform extremely well in their qualifying examinations.
Program:
B.A. LL.B/ BBA. LL.B - Candidate secured ? 90% in 12th Class or ? 9.0 CGPA or equivalent percentage in every year gets 10% Scholarship on net Tuition Fee.
LL.B - Candidate secured ? 90% in Graduation/UG or ? 9.0 CGPA or equivalent percentage in every year gets 10% Scholarship on net Tuition Fee.
Conditions:
The students must ensure that for continuance of scholarship awarded to them following
conditions are met with.
(i) Maintaining of CGPA ? 9.0 in all subsequent years
(ii) All courses/subjects are cleared in first attempt.
(iii) There should be no case of indiscipline.
(iv) There will be no rounding of CGPA, for example if a student achieves CGPA “8.99” it will be considered as 8.99 and will not be considered as 9.00.
