The evaluation of academic performance may be based on varying combinations of the following components:

Assignments
Quizzes
Project Work
Term-end Examination
Class Participation
Industry Workshops
Any other component as decided by the course instructor

Eligibility Criteria
I. Bachelor’s Degree

A bachelor’s degree in any discipline or an equivalent academic pursuit (i.e., 10+2+3), with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent CGPA (42% for NC-OBC, EWS 40% marks for SC/ST/DAP)

II. Work Experience

Minimum of three years of full-time work experience, where number of months of work experience is considered as on date of announcement of the online application process for admission.
Work experience will be considered, which is only paid and full-time work experience acquired after completing the bachelor’s degree.
Part-time / Project/Internship/ Article ship/ Apprenticeship/ Pre-graduation work experience, etc., which forms an integral part of a course study, should not be entered, and will not be counted as work experience.

The candidate must have:

1. A Bachelor’s Degree duly recognized by UGC/AIU with minimum aggregate marks of 50% for General, 47% for NC-OBC, and 45% for SC/ST/DAP
2. Minimum 3 years of Managerial/ Entrepreneurial/ Professional experience after Graduation

Selection Process

The Institute seeks diversity of background and interests, from a wide range of corporations, public institutions and other professional fields. The selection will be based on

• A valid CAT/GMAT score (last two years) or Marks obtained in Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT) conducted by IIM Kashipur and
• The performance of the candidates in the personal interview.

Final merit list will be prepared based on CAT/GMAT/EMAT Score, academic performance, work experience and personal interview. Admission offer is given based on the final merit list.
