JNTUH offers a 4-year B. Tech course in 24 different engineering branches. Students seeking to join the university should pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths, and should obtain at least 45–50% marks. Admission is through an
entrance exam. The core engineering subjects are taught in the B.Tech course. Students will attend classes, work in laboratories, and undertake projects. They also learn about new technologies that are in use in industries. JNTUH helps the students with internships and involves them in understanding practical engineering work. This is done with the motive of converting students into skilled engineers.
