Admissions Process
The admissions process of full-time MBA is specifically designed to evaluate the intellectual ability and critical thinking capability of the applicants. This process is both rigorous and holistic that aims to gauge the suitability of the applicant for this Masters programme of JGBS.
The online admission process for JGBS postgraduate programme for the academic year 2023 is open. Please find the details of the selection process below.
Round 1 - Application Assessment
To start your application, Apply Now and register with an active email address.
Your login details will be sent to this email account after due verification. All relevant information will be communicated to the applicant at this registered email address.
The applicant should provide all the information sought in the application, both in the mandatory and non-mandatory sections, as it will help in better evaluation.
Please keep scanned copies of the following documents handy for uploading.
Class X Board Scores or Equivalent, Class XII Board Scores or Equivalent and Graduation Scores (second year mark sheet, if yet to appear in the final year)
Entrance Examination Score/Percentile or Registration Number of any of the relevant qualifying examinations(CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT/GRE/NMAT/CMAT/ATMA)
Passport Size Photograph
X Board and XII Board Scores
Applicants are required to upload their Grades/Scores of class 10th (or equivalent) and class 12th (or equivalent). If the applicant does not have their Graduation grades/scores at the time of applying, he/she may mention ‘Awaited’ and submit the second year mark sheet in the relevant column. Please note that the candidature of the application is decided taking broader patterns into consideration.

Qualifying Examination score
CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA ≥ 50 Percentile | GRE ≥ 295 | GMAT ≥ 450 | NMAT ≥ 160
If an applicant is yet to appear for any qualifying examinations or is awaiting the examination results, applicant may check ‘Awaited’ in the relevant column and select the entrance examination he/she planning to attend.
Supported Documents for Extra-Curricular Activities and Work Experience
The applicant can attach relevant documents (Extra- curricular certificates, letters of recommendation and work experience document etc.) for the extra-curricular section to substantiate the listed activities.

An Online Application Number will be displayed upon successful submission of the form by making the payment. The applicant can use the ‘Application Number’ as a reference while communicating with the university.
