SRLIM offers a two-year full time MBA programme for graduate students from all disciplines who aspire to choose a career in Management. The foundation of the Institute was laid in the year 1999 with recognition from AICTE, New Delhi & affiliation with Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat. The Institute since 2009 was affiliated to the Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad. With the inception of Sarvajanik University in the year 2021, SRLIM is now one of the constituent college of Sarvajanik University. The institute has an intake of 240 students.
The institute provides specializations in the area of Finance, Marketing and HR.
The programme is backed by continuous assessment system and rigorous learning delivered by the qualified, dedicated, experienced and talented Intellectual Capital. The modus operandi of the programme at the institute level intends to harmonize classroom teaching with the business practice. Classroom teaching is championed by business practice examples and case studies, role plays, expert lectures from industry experts, workshops, industrial visits, events and competitions, comprehensive projects, personal and professional grooming of the students, to name a few.
