XAVIER INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT & DESIGN has been established by the group which has been running JIMS institutes for the last 25 years with a vision to provide a skill based education, which shall prepare Futuristic Managers to meet the challenges of new industry landscape. Xavier Institute of Management & Design believes in preparing corporate ready managers, who are aware of the changing dynamism of corporate & business culture, along with a foresight towards the new avenues opening up. Our academic and corporate partners engage right from the selection process and curriculum design to selecting the faculty for the program and finalizing extended internship models. This immersion is to ensure that the students are ready to hit the road and are productive from DAY 0 of joining their companies.
