FIIB Delhi offers a two-year full-time PGDM course as the main course. This course is approved by AICTE and treated as equivalent to an MBA by AIU. There are 240 seats available for this course in which teaching is practical and industry-oriented. Students will be taught case studies, live projects, internships, and activities to build leadership, business analytics, sustainability, and basic entrepreneurship skills.
The student seeking admission needs to have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks. FIIB accepts the scores for CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, GMAT, or ATMA. The acceptable CAT percentile usually ranges from 55 to 75. Based on the scores in these exams, students are shortlisted for Group Discussion, Written Ability Test, and Personal Interview. Their final selection will be based on academics, work experience, activities, and interview performance. The application fee is ₹1,500, and the admissions for 2026 are open.
The two-year PGDM course costs ₹11.55 lakhs. It covers the cost of tuition, library, examinations, IT, student activities, and learning support. There is an additional refundable security deposit of ₹20,000. FIIB also offers scholarships under the Tuition Assistance Programme; students can thus get up to ₹2.8 lakhs based on entrance test scores, academics, work experience, diversity, or any special achievement. The institute also offers need-based help and stipends for FPM students.
The course covers core subjects in marketing, finance, HR, operations, and strategy. The students can then go for any one of the seven specializations, such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Strategy & Entrepreneurship, International Business, and Business Analytics. The course evaluation is designed for 60% external exams and 40% internal work, including projects and case discussions. Internships and corporate interactions are compulsory. The students also learn basic data analytics and sustainability tools to prepare for real jobs.
