The BA LLB course is for five years for those who opt for law right after the completion of class XII. A candidate requires 45-50% in class XII and has to qualify in ACET or other exams such as CLAT.
It integrates law subjects such as constitutional law, criminal law, and contract law with arts subjects such as economics and political science. The students get practical experience in terms of moot courts, internships, research in law, and legal aid clinics. The law schools offer mock courtrooms and digital libraries. The law graduates are employed in law firms, courts, PSUs, NGOs, and other government organizations.
